I am helping to search for a friend for her father that she has never met, and wonder if any one can help me, She know very little about him but this is what she does have.
Henry Franklin born in Baton Rouge Lousinia was in the US Army in Schwabach Germany. He recieved a Dishonorable Discharge, for Drugs. Her mom and him never married as far as we can tell, but she was full German, Henry was discahrged around 1975 figure he was most likely born around 1950 or 45. He race is Black. If any one has any info can you please let me know, She wants to know if he is still alive and would like to meet him. Would appreciate any info..
