Looking for information of the Taggart family that settled in Pennsylvania in the early 1700's. Daughter Catharine was married to John Painter in 1785. Local Biographical books give her fathers name as David. But I've seen family trees with different names. I know she had at least two bother's William and Robert. I would like documentation for the information, not just something that everyone is copying from everyone else.
