My name is Pamela and I am searching for my birth mother.
I was born on December 18, 1967 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne Indiana. I was born at 8:41pm, and weighed 8lbs 12oz, and was 21 inches long.
What little information I have indicates that my birth mother was 35 yrs old when I was born. She was also born in Indiana, but I don't know where. She had other children, but was divorced at the time, and she kept her pregnancy a secret from her family. I am 5'11'',with brown hair and blue eyes. I have been told that possibly my birth mother was tall as well.
Her last name may have been Burk or Burke, but not sure..
I was placed for adoption through Family and Children's Services in Fort Wayne Indiana.
