I am searching for a MARRIAGE of, Joseph Wilfred
SAUVE(SOVA?) to Virginia Reakirt GILMORE. The
marriage would have taken place in 1929-30 era.
Possibly VA, DC or MD. Fred Sauve was born in
1881 in CAnada, later family settled in Syracuse,
NY where he was a printer. In 1933 he is listed
in Glendale, CA. Died 1950's in L. A. Calif.
Virginia was born 1908 in Birmingham, AL. Later
lived in Sanford, NC (where she died) and MD.
I cannot find a record of the marriage anywhere.
I know that she collected off of Fred's SS
in 1944 in MD. Any ideas at all appreciated.
