My birth name was Judith Kuehl or some variation of this last name. Only my birth mothers name was listed on the birth certificate. I have blonde hair, blue eyes,fair skin, small frame at a height of 5'2". My adoptive parents went through their church, Bristol Lutheran Church in WI to adopt me.
