ISO Birth parents / siblings. I was born 8/1/1969 in Akron, Ohio and adopted through Akron's Children's Home. My birth mother was 18 and unmarried. I think my birth father was 18 or 19. Neither had a previous child. I was given up/forced at birth and placed in foster care. I was placed with adoptive parents when I was three months and exposed to chicken pox while in foster care. My foster mother wrote that my name was Peggy. The agency told my adopted parents I was Welsh, Irish, and American Indian. I am extremely fair skinned with dark auburn hair, although my first pictures I had a bow taped in my hair.
