My great-grandfathers name was Phelvas Douglas. His father was from France Bordeux and mother was from Dominca I believe. He was born circa 1881. He does have family that still resides there. As children my great uncles use to visit there their names were Alfred and Phelvas Jr. Douglas. There mothers name was Florence Douglas. Both my grandfather and grandmother were mixed. I do have pictures but they are in my aunts possession currently. If anyone has any information regarding Phelvas or his parents it will greatly be appreciated.
