Samuel David Haynes--It is believed he was Born David Michael Williams and his birthday is 1/27/83. He was born in the St. Joseph Hospital. My name at that time was Sharon Yvonne Williams. He was 10 months old at the time a gave him up in November of 1983 to the Lutheran Adoption Services in Austin, TX. He may have lived in Bastrop and Irving, TX as an adult. He is 26 yrs old.
