I am searching for my birth parents. I was born March 1, 1962 in Lexington Ky. My birth parents were not married. I was placed in a foster home right after my birth and adopted July 30, 1962. I have one sibling 1 1/2 yr older than me. She remained with my birth mother and grandparents.
I believe my name given to me at birth was Susan Elaine. My adopted name was Susan Diane Lynn.
My birth mother was born in 1941 in Ky. She played piano in her fathers church.
She had an oler sister. My maternal grandfather was a minister and worked at a funeral home.
My birth father was born in 1935 in Ky. He was a city policeman. My paternal grandparents died at an early age from heart attacks.
My father had 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
I was adopted by a lovely couple in Paducah Ky but have always had an interest in finding my birth family members. Any help in finding these families would be greatly appreciated.
