I was born on December 16th, 1969 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas Texas.Some of the medical receipts I found had the name(s)..Mary Gwen Crawford...and a Gwen H Crawford. My adoptive parents from birth are Charles and Jimmie Lee Whitfield. I am almost certain that the attorney was Paul E Lokey and the delivering physician was Dr. Bone... ?? While I am curious about inherited traits, such as my curly hair and fair skin and any known siblings, I am also in need of family medical history.
