I'm searching for my biological father, William (Bill) Parker. (He probably doesn't know that I exist.) He met my biological mother, Colleen Monahan, in October 1968 at an apartment complex on Knott Ave., Buena Park, California. There was a Halloween party there. They also traveled north of Los Angeles to visit his mother where she was living in a desert area. William Parker was about 25 years old in 1968. He had dark hair, dark eyes and a medium complexion. He may have been a construction worker. He moved away before he knew that my mom was pregnant. I was born at St. Jude Hospital in July of 1969 and was surrendered at that time for adoption.
