I am searching for my birth parents. I am a female born March 29 1975 in New Port Richey at Community hospital. The doctor who delivered me was Dr. Saperstein. I was adopted by Charles and Amelia Fletcher. I have not been given much info other than there was supposedly a court case that fall to terminate the adoption.I was told that I have a brother about 1 year older than me. In Florida all records are sealed and it takes a lot of resources to open them.
