04/02/09 - I would this info out there in case this person is searching for his birth mother. The child was given up for adoption 18 years ago. His name is Timothy Daniel Stephens, he was born at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL in December 1990. His name at birth was Timothy Skyler Davis. His adopted father's name is Daniel Stephens and I believe he and his wife lived in Ft. Walton Beach, FL at the time of the adoption. The adopted father also had a son from a previous marriage that I believe was about 9 years old. It was an open adoption but the birth mother lost contact with the adopted family when the child reached about 2 years old because the mother was a 16 year old foster child of the state of FL and she and the adopted parents felt she and they needed to move on with their lives. The birth mother did give what she calls a Life Book to the adopted parents to give to the child later in life that told information about her, had pictures and contained his original birth certificate. The birth mother also knows where his birth father is located currently. Your personal information will only be used to contact the submitter and will not be saved or used for any other purpose.
