I am desperately searching for my niece Kahdijah Marie ( Martinez ) and my nephew Neil Vincent ( Bowers, Jr. ).
My Spelling may be way off BUT I would know you ( both ) If I saw you.
My sister lost you both at the same time due to child abuse issues with Kahdijah's dad. ( you two do NOT share the same father )
I made a promise to both of you that I WOULD see you again as soon as legally possible and YOU Neil ( I call you Jr. ) will be 17 or 18 this year ( 2009 )therefore I am going to start searching NOW.
Junior you are older than your sister and your dad's name is also Neil Vincent Bowers. I DO NOT see him at all.
Kahdijah my sister ( Barbara ) had another girl with your dad and her name is Kiana Ieysha. His name ( your dad ) is David Martinez. I do not see him at all.
I have a giant missing piece in my life and to this day I am devastated by the loss of you both. As painful as it is I know that adoption was a blessing for both of you as you were given a fighting chance to make it in life.
I love my sister but....
I live here in NJ and they live in PA
( Allentown ) which is where you both were living until you were taken away.
I do not see them often BUT Barbara is aware of my pain and my intent to search. As a matter of fact, I had her fill out an application to the PA Adoption Registry just in case you were looking as well we might find each other that way. I Pray.
You have been gone for so many years but I still cry.
I cant wait to hold you both and thank the parents who took you in and gave you the oppertunity you needed to thrive.
