1)James Maguire(McQuire)b. abt. 1837 Ireland. Married poss 1864 Durham, to Julia Ann Quin b. abt 1844 poss Cork, Ireland. Their children were born in England. Mary,Margaret and Catherine. Julia Ann had a sister Mary A b.abt. 1843 poss Cork. Their mother was Julia Quin b. abt. 1825 Ireland and their father was ? Quin.
2)Patrick Maguire b. abt 1838 Mayo. married 16 Apr 1860 Durham to Margaret Foreman b. abt. 1848 in Winlaton, Durham.(Margaret's father was Francis Foreman of Axwell Park). These Maguires went to Pennsylvania with their children Thomas,William,James,Margaret, Francis, and Mary
3)Peter b.abt. 1840 Ireland
4)Ann b. abt. 1843 Ireland and married Peter Francis Rafferty b. abt. 1841 Mayo( Peter might have had a sister Catherine who married a Maguire)
5)Hugh b. abt. 1846 Mayo and married in 1870 England, to a Catherine ? b. abt 1845 Mayo
6)Thomas b.15 July 1848 Swalwell, Whickham,England
7)John b. abt 1849 Swalwell
