I am searching for my birth parents. I was born at Columbus Hospital in Great Falls on 4/6/1967. Birth mother was a 21 year old Canadian citizen. Mother had brown hair and blue eyes. Birth father was a 23 year old college student of Polish ancestry. He had brown hair and brown eyes. Both were tall, outstanding students and athletic.
Although I am not blind, adoptive family legend has it that I was born blind and the original family selected to adopt me backed out of the adoption because of the sight issue. I was placed in foster care at 5 days old. Eventually, I was adopted by the foster family who took me home from the hospital at 5 days old.
The adoption paperwork filed December 1967 lists baby's name as Baby Girl Carroll. I've been told the caseworker's name was Mrs. Lincoln.
