My name is Stephen Lange. I was born on May 6th 1960 in Ruidoso New Mexico. My foster parents were in the airforce and stationed at Hollman AFB .I was in foster care in 1963 we moved to minnesota where my adoption was final. Growing up I remember being told that possibly my name was Alfredo Cervantes and that my grandmothers name might have been White. Any info would be nice as next year I will be 50 years old. Also I was told that my birth mother was quite young maybe 13 or 14 years old.
