I am searching for my Birth Mother who had me on Feb. 13, 1958 at Ball Hospital in Muncie Indiana. She was 17 yrs. old, unmarried and she immediately gave me up for adoption. At the time, she was living with her sister who lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I was then adopted by a couple named John & Louise Lieber. They lived in Hartford City, Indiana.
