I am looking for my birth mother and/or father. I think I was born in New York state. I was around 16 months old when I was adopted. I was in fostercare before that. I was named Kenneth Howard Purdee or Purdy. My adoptive parents are possibly from Fulton N.Y. The lady that had me in fostercare died 6 or 7 years ago. I was told that my birth mother was in nursing school. I was told I weighed 13+ lbs when I was born. I was born April 1967. I am told one of my parents was native American.
