- I was born 04/15/1988
- Born at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Illinois
- Born at: 6:54am with no complications.
- I weighed 7 lbs 6 ounces
- My birth mom was 20 yr old caucasian at my birth
- She had wavy black hair
- She had brown eyes
- Stood 5'4 inches
- Weighed 98 lbs before the pregnancy with me
- Had a son who was 2 at the time of my birth
- Was told she was interested in going to cosmotology school.
- She graduated high school in 1985- was in Choir, Band and on the VOlleyball team.
- Her mom died at 14 from aheart attack.
- THe adoption agency used was Christian Family services- i believe to be located in St. Louis Missouri.
- My adoption parents last name is Yates
