I was adopted from St Joseph from a foster home, in 1974. My birth date is Sept.4 1970 I lived with an older couple before going to the foster home The parents that adopted me was given an insurance policy which they didn't keep for me. My adopted mother told me that my name was Diana Marie Offield. When I was having my first child DFS in Adair gave me the information of my middle name I was still in the computer system. I was adopted thought Adair county with I live in Kirksville. My birth certifcate wasn't dated until 1976 with my new parents name on it. When they got me it was in 1974. I was in school in ST.Joseph before I was adopted. Looking for birth parents want medical records for me and my children. If mother or father would like to meet me I would like that or if not just like medical records.
