I am looking for information on two separate families. The first is the descendents of Winifred Malley (b. 1928) and William Moore (b. 1928.) The Moore family ended up in newport or Clinish, Co. Mayo. They had children, and their son, Domnick moore (b. 1868 in Ballylan, Laoighis, Ireland) was my great grandfather. Domnick married Bridget Fergus (b. 1861) Bridget's father was John Fergus, b. 1840, was from Gorthfary, Argaugh, Newport, Co. Mayo (Burrishoole parish). I don't know who his wife was. John Fergus' children were Bridget, Thomas, Alice, Edward, John, Patrick, William and Michael. Their daughter Bridget (like her mom, b. 1895) went by Delia, then changed to Della when she immigrated to the US when she was 15. Bridget/Della married James O'Neill, whose family was from co.
