Mother of adopted child searching for his birth parents. Son was born Jordan Matthew Ratcliff at Lakeside Memorial Hospital in Metarie Louisiana.
Birth mother is Tiffany Ratcliff. Tiffany is about 5'5, caucasian and has green eyes and auburn hair. She was 18 in May of 1998. I believe her birthday is in July. She has an aunt Ann and Connie (Connie lived in Texas) and brought her up when she was younger. Tiffany was married in 2000 (I think) and had another son Armand Jr. and a daughter Nadia Ann a couple yrs after placing her birth son for adoption. Birth son's name is Jordan Matthew Ratcliff.
Birth father's name is Torrel Marcel Samuels. He is african american, about 5'10 and about 150 or so pounds. Torrel had 2 biological daughters with a woman named Stacy Bruser.They all lived around Kenner Louisiana. I lost touch with them right before Hurricane Katrina. I lost touch with Tiffany in 2002 and would love to hear from any birth family members.
