Born October 3rd, 1984 in Yakima, WA. Adopted through Catholic Charities. I have no informtiaon on my biological parents (names). I know my bio mother was 19 and my bio father was 18. I am looking for either my biological mother or father. I called the Catholic Chartiies in Grandview, WA and no release form was signed at the time of the adoption by my biological mother so they can't release any information to me besides what I already have.
