I am looking for my birth parents. My Mother is Korean and my Father is (was) an American Soldier stationed in South Korea in the late 60s. The story I have been told: (1) Mother and Father wed in the Korean church around 1967 - 1968. (2) Father reassigned and shipped out of Korea before my birth. I've been told that he was in the Air Force. (3) I was born in 1968 in Taegu. (4) Mother left me with a Korean couple soon after my birth (exact time unknown). (4) Father came back to Korea to get Korean wife and child, but my Mother was no where to be found and he was not able to take me back with him without proof of relation. (5) I was raised by the Korean couple for 8 1/2 years. (6) In 1976, I moved to an American Mission Home in Inchon and soon after was adopted by an American couple. I was told that I had a Korean name, but I do not remember. My Korean surname I was given was Na. I was known as and was called Natasha Na while living in Taegu.
