Looking for birth mother. Phyllis Ann Green Wiseman. Her parents are Charles F. Green and Helen Hunt Green. Her DOB is December 3, 1947. At one time lived around Baltimore Ohio and Lancaster Ohio. Possibly married to Frederick Leroy Wiseman on August 17, 1968.Obtained marriage license on that day in Lancaster, Ohio. She had two sons with Frederick Leroy Wiseman (His nickname was Peach). Peach passed away in 1972. Two boys: Shane and Shannon. Their last name is Weatherman and with the help of the search angels found them and have made contact. Shane was born in 1969 and Shannon in 1971. Phyllis is from the Lancaster Ohio area. She worked at Fairfield County Hospital in Lancaster as a nurse's aide. The boys were adopted in 1973 or 1974.
