I am searching for the parents of a boy who was adopted from Clarkburg, WV. My father was born on May 3, 1948 in a small hospital. from what we have been told he stayed at the hospital until December when he was adopted by a family from Florida with the last name Matthews. His mother was very young. A nurse at the hospital was my grandparents cousin and when she told them about him, they adopted him and took him back to Florida with them.
