You are contacting the submitter of the query: I was born September 2, 1960 to Charles Marie Bishop from Wilton, Arkansas at the University of Kansas Medical City in Kansas City, Kansas. My grandmother was Clemmie Bishop, grandfather Allison Bishop, Sr. My birth father is McClinton Lee Hamilton,Sr., from North Little Rock, Arkansas. His mother was Margie Keels, a beautician from North Little Rock's Dixie Addition. He was 21 and my birth mother 20 at the time and attending college at Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock. My mother named me Rachelle Marie Bishop and I was not adopted until I was 2. I went from the hospital to a Kansas City, MO family service agency before going into State of Arkansas custody. My adopted name is Linda Annette Porter Jones. I found my birth father in Los Angelas, California and he did not know I existed until I found out his name and contacted one of the McClinton Lee Hamilton listings a couple of weeks ago. And it was him. We have talked regularly since then. My birth mother is living in Las Vegas, NV and from what I hear, believes I am dead and has some mental issues. I do not know if I have any syblings. But I know I have cousins. There is one uncle living, Allison Bishop, Jr. in Las Vegas. I guess I know so much about them, but I do not much about the adoption and would love to talk with relatives. I have been told by a friend of my mother's, Erma Lee from Texarkana, Arkansas who is now in Los Angelas that she did not see me when she had me. Her son, Mike Lee, a fireman in Las Vegas, sees my mother on a regular basis and he and his friends try to assist her in any way they can. She is homeless, but by choice. That is why I need information on her and what happened to cause her mental problems.
