i am a female, i was born 01/30/1967 at 2:39pm at john muir memorial hospital, walnut creek, ca.i was adopted out of contra costa county adoption agency in martinez, ca. i was told
i was in a foster home for approx. 3 months because it took my birthmother that long to sign the second set of papers because she did not want to give me up and that she was very young and had to help take care of her mother. i was also told my birthfather was portuguese. i was adopted between April 28-30,1967.
