I am searching for my little brother Lawrence James Tucker (last name my differ). We called him "Keebee". He was born in March or May of 1986 in Brooklyn NY and was adopted by a family in Queens NY around the year 1994-95 when he was 9. I picture him to be light skinned african american with a very big and handsome smile with long eyebrows. Tall and slim built. I have made contact once with his adopted family through a nyc social worker but they wanted him to have no dealings with me or his biological family. I last seen him at age 2. He never really knew me and was never given the chance. Our dad was named Larry and his mother was named Linda. I was told that he attended an community college in Queens or simply a Queens College around 2002-2004. I have his social security number if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
