Looking for my husbands birth mother. He was born in Dallas Texas on 12/3/1985. Not sure but we think his mother was about 16-17 with the madien name of "McLaughlin". He was adopted by a couple living in Baltimore MD at the time...they are unwilling to give us any more information.
