I am looking for my biological Sister or Mother. I was born Aug. 26th 1966 in Summit New Jersey. My sister is 4 years older than me. My Mother was a nurse in the military. My father was in the military as well. He went to Germany shortly after my Mother was pregnant with me and decided he did not want to come back to her. I was adopted through the childrens aid and adoption agency right after i was born. I was put in foster care for three months to wait for my father to agree to the adoption. I was told his father had to get him to agree. My mother was 25 yrs. old when I was born. This is the information I was given by the agency so I hope it is all correct.
