I am looking for information on my great grandparents. John Joseph Doyle was born in Shornecliff, Kent, England in 1863. His father's name was Luke and he had 3 brothers Luke, Michael, and Dennis. He served in the 2nd Border Regiment of the English army from 1881-1887. He married my great grandmother, Winifred Glennon in 1886 at Gort, County Galway, Ireland and came to the US in November 1887. Winifred was born in December 1867 at Gort Coutny Galway, and had 3 sisters Maggie, Livvy and Marie and 2 brothers James and John(?). I believe her mother's name was Mary and her father either John or Michael. John and Winifred lived in Johnstown Pennsylvania and Astoria, Queens, New York. They had 11 children, John, Thomas Emmett, George, Nellie, Frieda, Agnes, Viola, Raymond, Marie, Edward, and ALice (my grandmother)
