I am looking for my birth family. I would like to thank my birth mother for giving me up for adoption. I’m sure that was very difficult. I would also like to get medical history.
What I know. My birth mothers name is Phyllis Thomas (just found that out June 13, 2009) My mom has always known but waited for me to ask.
I was born December 15, 1965 in Parkersburg, WV in St. Joseph hospital. I was delivered by Dr. Marian Brown sometime in the morning.
Phyllis has a least one other child, a daughter about 2 years older than me.
She was not married. Her daughter and I were results of an affair with a married man. I am told she was the wild one of the family. Both myself, and I guess you would says sister are full blooded sisters.
Her mother, my birth grandmother told her that she could not bring any more babies home, so she had to give me up for adoption. She did finish high school.
I believe her sister worked with my father at American Cyanamid in Point Pleasant, WV, I just found that out as well.
I apparently have an uncle that has/had epilepsy.
