His father unknown but our mother was married to John Phillip Underwood (age 23 to 28) (though his name may be on birth certificate) laborer; both of either Main Street or Liberty Street, Spencer, Ohio. Sibling ages at probable time of birth: Sister would have been between 3 and 7 years of age; brother between 2 and 6 years; and brother between 1 and 5 years. An Arthur C Underwood was born August 21, 1965; mother maiden name Tapp (may be misspelled) and was adopted out; two boys were adopted that day: David R.
