I am looking for my biological parents. My biological parents were around the ages of 14 and 16 years of age when I was born. My biological mother was also adopted. I believe that my name at birth was Anthony Alan, and my middle and last names were changed. I was born in Norfolk, VA. I was born on Feb. the 26th of 1980. I lived with my biological parents for 5-6 months, and then lived with foster parents for another 5-6 months. I was born with blonde hair, blue eyes, not sure of weight, but not too big. I also have a biological brother, who was born on March 18th, 1981, in Virginia Beach, VA. My adoptive parents are Michael and Elizabeth Kane.
