My son I put up for adoption when he was three. His name is Derek. His middle name is Wayne. His date of birth is 06/22/1990. He was born in Allentown Pennsylvania. His birth parents names are Heather Fenstermaker Kistler and Wayne Earl Kistler.
Derek has brown hair and brown eyes. The adoption agency was called Todays adoption agency. It was in wayne county pennsylvania. That was where the court house was where the papers where filed. I have had no luck find out if that adoption agency still exists. I know that the family that adopted him had a son around Dereks age..give or take a couple of years. And his name was david and i believe his middle name was also wayne. I also know that the father that adopted him owned his own business. I believe construction.
