I am looking for my sister that was given up for adpotion in or around 1990. She was born in Daytona Beach Florida. She was supposed to go to a family that was picked out but all I remember is there was a problem and she became a ward of the state instead. My family is not helpful in the details and my mother refuses to talk about it. I just want my sister to know she is loved and wanted if she decides!
