I am a son looking for my birth mother. I was born 10/22/83 @ St. Marks Hospital in SLC Utah. She was 16 at the time. LDS Church Services was the agency handling the adoption. She was 5'8, brown eyes, dark brown hair, olive complexion. Nationality and racial decent, English,Indian, French, Mexican and Spanish.
In high school her interests were writing poetry, reading, playing the violin and sports. I think she may have met my birth father while visiting family on the East coast (not certain). All this info is within the adoption records. Seeking contact from anyone who fits this description. Caldwell is my adoptive last name. PS.
