Essex.Brother of Sir Harry St.George Ord,governor of Singapore.Born in 1840.He served in York & Lancester Regiment.later,he entered Indian mutiny and New Zealand's war in 1863.He married 1st Belissa Jane Smyly & 2ndly Jane Esther Edgell.He died in 1892,Suffolk.
