SD. We have learned that Skunk Lake is the same as Lake Herman and Lake Madison near Wentworth, SD. Letters have been sent to Minnehaha Co vital records and Pierre, SD and Lake Co, Madison, SD register of deeds and could find no record. We would like to be able to verify the date of their marriage.
