I am a male. I was born on Sept. 12, 1963 in Cedar Rapids Ia. My birth name was Terry Lee Williams. I lived with my mother until I was approximately 2 years old. I had two brothers. It is my understanding that me and my brothers were taken from our mother due to child neglect, possibily including leaving me and my brothers unattended for long periods of time. I also have reason to believe that my birth father may have been in prison at the time but I am not certain.
