I am searching for my mother, Carmen Colon. I was born in New York City in May of 1973. My parents were not married when I was born - I am named after my father Felix Serrano. I have not seen my mother since 1976. I do not know much about her except that she attended the University of Puerto Rico (I do not know which campus) and that she may be between 59 - 65 years old. She was from Puerto Rico and may have relocated to Florida at some point. I know that she lived in an apartment in the west 30's in NYC, this is her last known address. I have been searching for her for many, many years and have had no luck. Any leads or information would be greatly appreciated.
