I am looking for my g-grandfather's family. His name was William Dunigan Howard. He was born in Berry Ala. Fayette Co. 3 of
April 1860.and died 3 of April 1921. He is buried at Wingate Tx. Runnels Co. He married JoAnn McCaleb on the 10 of May 1882 In Fayette Co. Aba. She was born 18 of Oct 1855 in Washington Co.Texas. She died 23 of Sept 1945. She is also buried at Wingate Tx. Runnels Co. Her father was John A. McCaleb from Fayette Co. Aba. William Dungian "Billy" the story goes came uo to the McCaleb's place on a horse when he was about 16. He stayed and went to texas with them and married JoAnn. I would like to find his real folks if I can. We don't know why or when he left home. We have aFrank Howard born in ala.as his father and Bettie Armstrong "Lizabeth" as his mother.
