I know that my biological mother had a child before I was born and that her name is Lourdes Cruz and that she is from Angeles City. I was told that my biological father was in the United States Military at Clark Air Force Base. I was born in Bagio and my adoptive parents adopted me while they were living in the Philippines while on a Diplomatic assignment with the United States State Department.
