On June 24, 1844 Rebecca Jane Walker(1827-1913) married Andrew J. Hancock (1824-1870)in Adair Co., KY. Rebecca's parents were George W.and Margaret Cheshire Walker of Casey Creek, KY. Andrew's parents were Anderson 'Andy'& Margaret Taylor Hancock of Liberty, KY.(marriage date unk. siblings unk.)
Anderson's parents were Anderson Harrison and Jerusha Brumfield Hancock (m.Nov.3, 1791 in Halifax Co.VA) Jerusha's father was Major Brumfield, m. Sep.1755 in Amelia Co.VA.
