I am looking for anyone who knows of a John Lee who was married to Alice Mae Lee (Parks was her maiden name - Her father was Benjamin Riley Parks, her mother was Jennie S. Parks and her brother was Fred R. Parks of Round Grove, OK - Alfalfa Co). They were married and lived in Wakita, OK between about 1906 and 1916. They lived on B Street when the 1910 Census was taken and they had a son named Newell Riley Lee.
John Lee owned a store with or worked as a store keeper with a man by the name of Burchfiel or Burchfield in Wakita or a town very near. It is likely that John was a US Marshal at one time. If anyone even just recognizes these names please, please contact me. Thank you.
