I would like to find any Dougherty relatives that lived in the Branch, Berrien, Michigan, New York and Indiana areas before and after the 1800's. My Dougherty family starts with John Beresford Dougherty marrying a Mary Wightman. So far I haven't been able to go further back then that. John and Mary had a son Daniel Dougherty who married a Caroline Millard. Another son Richard who married a Susan Leland. I do have some information on this family that I would like to share with any and all family members.
