I am researching the BOGGESS/BOGUS family. Isaac BOGGESS (b. 1829-abt. 1920) Meigs/Rhea County, TN. Isaac married Rebecca BOGGESS (1840-abt. 1840) Meigs/Rhea County, TN. They had the following children: Easter (b. 1855); Allen (b. 1863.); BOGGESS (b. 1868.); Franklin (b. 1869); George Washington (b. 25 Aug 1872 - d. 10 Aug 1959).
Easter Boggess was married to Jessee Avery on 1 August 1877. Her children included Charlie (1879), Willie (1880), Frank (1885), Elizabeth (1886), Lillie (1889), Marjie (1891), Martha (1893), Kittie (1896). Easter was also married to James Campbell (1874) and their children were Francis (1898) and Riley (1901).
George Washington BOGGESS married Carrie EDWARDS/ETTERS (b. 25 Dec 1888) in Vincennes, Alabama. She died on 22 Apr 1947 in Stonega, Wise County, Virginia.
