Martha Morris was the daughter of John Morris and Mary Quigg. Mary Quigg was born in the area of Lumberton, New Jersey in 1796 in Burlington County. According to her son George Washington Morris,her sibings were Benjamin, Isiah (sic), Elikum, William, Thomas, James, and Martha Quigg. He state also that his mother' mother's surname was Garwood. John and Mary (Quigg) Morris had a son, their youngest, by the name of John Garwood Morris.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this Quigg/Morris/Garwood family?
